Privacy Policy

Block Tales Guide is an independent fan guide for Block Tales routes, chapters, cards, bosses, codes, and build planning. The site does not run user accounts, payments, comments, leaderboards, or Roblox account login. You can read the guides without creating a profile. The Cards and Builds Calculator runs in your browser, so selected cards, party size, chapter pressure, and boss assumptions are used locally to produce a planning score. Do not enter Roblox passwords, private account recovery details, or private Discord content into any page on this site.

Cookies and consent: the production site uses a simple cookie banner and a default-denied Google Consent Mode v2 flow. Analytics and advertising storage start denied, then change only after a visitor makes a choice in the banner. If consent is denied or ignored, Google Analytics should not receive normal measurement storage from this site. The banner choice may be stored in the browser so the same prompt does not need to appear on every page. That local preference is used for privacy state only, not for Roblox gameplay tracking or account identification.

Third-party services: the site is hosted through Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare CDN, which may process standard security and delivery logs such as IP address, user agent, referrer, requested path, and abuse-prevention signals. The site uses Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-ZP80R3HXJF to understand which pages help players and where guides need repair. The homepage also uses an Adsterra Native Banner placement, zone pl29408878, embedded inline on the page. I do not use popunders, interstitials, forced redirects, auto-downloads, or misleading system-alert ads on Block Tales Guide.

Contact and corrections: if you email a correction or send a report through a future contact form, include only the information needed to verify the issue: page URL, exact claim, what changed, and whether the source came from gameplay, official notes, a public wiki, or another public reference. Correction messages may be kept long enough to review and update the relevant page. I do not need passwords, private account data, private server invites, or screenshots that expose another player without permission.

Opt-out choices: you can block cookies in your browser, reject the cookie banner, use browser privacy tools, or leave the site if you do not want analytics or advertising scripts to load. You can also disable JavaScript, although calculators and some guide widgets may stop working. For Google Analytics controls, use Google browser settings or an analytics opt-out extension. For Adsterra ad personalization or cookie controls, use the choices available through your browser and the ad network where presented.

Editorial independence: analytics and ads do not decide whether a Block Tales route, code claim, card note, or boss strategy is published. A code still needs source evidence, a route still needs practical player value, and uncertain numbers stay labelled as estimates. This privacy page is updated when the production stack changes in a way that affects data collection, advertising, or consent behavior.

• Server access logs: purged after 30 days
• Google Analytics 4 data: retained 14 months (GA4 default)
• IndexNow / search engine submission logs: 90 days
• Aggregated anonymized statistics: retained indefinitely
